Reservations and Deposits:
A 50% deposit is required to hold any booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire amount of the rental must be sent in the form of certified funds via overnight delivery service. A $200 security/damage deposit is also required to secure the reservation and will be refunded within 30 days, provided home is left in its original excellent condition. Payment Terms:
Reservations made more than 30 days in advance of arrival date may be paid with personal check or money order. Reservations accepted for an arrival date within 30 days require payment by certified funds as referenced above.

Cancellation Policy:
100% of all monies paid will be refunded if the request for cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations requested within 14-29 days of arrival date will result in a 50% refund, while cancellations with a 14 days or less are not eligible for a refund. Any monies not refunded may be applied to future rentals.

Restrictions: Smoking is permitted outside ONLY. Sorry - No pets allowed.
